1. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you must be at least 16 years old. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. What Known Bugs is
Known Bugs is a community site where users can browse games, view reported error codes and bugs, and submit new reports or add "Having same issue" and workarounds. Content is moderated; only approved submissions are shown. We are not affiliated with game publishers or developers. Error reports and workarounds are submitted by the community; we do not guarantee their accuracy or effectiveness.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post illegal, harmful, or offensive content; impersonate others; spam or abuse the reporting system; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or others' accounts; or use the site in a way that violates any applicable law. We may remove content and suspend or block access at our discretion.
4. Your content
When you submit reports, "Having same issue," or workarounds, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content in connection with operating the site. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.
5. Disclaimer
The site and all content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Information on the site (including error codes and workarounds) is from users and may be incomplete or incorrect. Use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on content on the site.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our operator) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the site (if any), or one hundred dollars (100 USD), whichever is less.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Known Bugs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Changes and governing law
We may change these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" note will reflect material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
