We’re happy to hear from you. You can email us for things like: reporting a bug or broken link on the Known Bugs site, suggesting a game to add, feedback on how we can improve, partnership or collaboration ideas, or questions about how reporting and moderation work. We don’t fix in-game errors ourselves—those are reported and discussed on each game’s pages—but we can help with anything related to the site.

- How quickly do you respond?
- We aim to reply within a few business days. If your message is about a site bug or urgent issue, we’ll prioritize it when we can.
- Can you add or fix a game error for me?
- Game errors and workarounds are submitted through the site (Browse games → pick a game → Report an issue). We don’t add or edit those by email; use the report flow so the community can see and contribute.
- I suggested a game. When will it appear?
- Games are added by our team. If we decide to add your suggestion, we’ll list it on the Games page. We can’t promise a timeline or reply to every suggestion, but we do review them.
- How do I report a bug on the Known Bugs website?
- Email us at the address above and describe what went wrong (e.g. which page, what you clicked, any error message). That helps us fix site issues quickly.
