I’ve been trying to earn favor tokens, but whenever I purchase something from the Reliquaries, I get this error. It seems like the favor tokens are being used, but I’m not getting the item.

1. Sign in to Battle.net via the website, accept any new Terms and Conditions, then relog into the game. 2. Log into Battle.net on your phone and accept any pending Terms and Conditions. 3. Wait 15–20 minutes, reboot your device, and log back into the game. 4. Check for and install any available game updates.
